ARBITRATION NOTICE: EXCEPT IF YOU OPT-OUT AND EXCEPT FOR CERTAIN TYPES OF DISPUTES DESCRIBED IN THE ARBITRATION SECTION BELOW, YOU AGREE THAT DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND THE LIT ELITE WILL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING, INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.

Eligibility
This is a contract between you and The Lit Elite. You must read and agree to these Terms before using our Site. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Site. You may use our Site only if you can form a binding contract with us, and only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules and regulations. Any use or access to the Site by anyone under thirteen (13) years of age is strictly prohibited and in violation of these Terms. If you are under eighteen (18) years of age, you may use the Site only with involvement a parent or legal guardian and their consent and agreement to these Terms. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian’s permission to use the Site and that your parent or guardian is agreeing to these Terms. If you are a parent or legal guardian of a User under the age of 18, by allowing your child to use the Site, you are subject to the terms of these Terms, and responsible for your child’s activity on the Site. Our Site is not available to any Users we previously removed from our Site.
